OSHA has set its annual National Safety Stand-Down event to prevent falls for May 3-7. The National Safety Stand-Down raises fall hazard awareness across the country in an effort to stop fall fatalities and injuries. During this week companies are encouraged to discuss the potential fall hazards in the workplace by offering “Toolbox Talks”, and develop safety activities such as equipment inspections and developing rescue plans.
FrenchCreek is proud to offer these FREE “Toolbox Talks” during the Safety Stand-Down week May 3rd-7th. Anyone who wants to prevent fall hazards in the workplace or wants to learn more about fall protection is welcome to join. Fall Protection 101: Covers the ABC’s of Fall Protection, harness selection and donning, fall hazards, and statistics.
Ladder Safety: Covers the proper selection, care, and safe use of all ladders, outlines safe ladder practices in all applications (construction, painting, etc..)
